1. FEES -  The listed Fees are flat rate (same price for 1 or 6 people Max) or for bicyclists ( 1 to 4 bikes/people max) Our first pickup time is 7am, (depending on location) and latest we pickup is 6pm. To reserve a ride just click on red "Book a Ride" button at the bottom of this section,   You can check pricing and availability by starting the booking process before committing. The list is long but there should be categories at the top of the list. If you don’t see the route/time you're looking for or have any problems booking, please let us know and we can assist you further. 2. REFUNDS & BOOKING -  Double booking the same shuttle multiple days/times in a row is permitted but no refunds will be issued if canceling any of them. You will need to pay for all days booked to be fair to other hikers and our business, if your worried about the weather or scheduling you can book up to 12 hours in advance if day/time is available and you can cancel 72 hours in advance (except on holiday schedule below) for a refund minus 3% (credit card company now charges for refunds). 

3. IMPORTANT! Please be ready to go when shuttle driver gets to your location as we run a tight schedule. The shuttle driver will not be able to wait unless pre-arranged for end of day pickup (extra cost of $30 per hour). 

4. CANCELLATIONS -  We do get last minute cancellations and if your looking for a shuttle and it's not listed please text us to check availability as we don't answer calls while on the road.

These are the 2026 holiday dates, due to high demand reservations can not be rescheduled and
there are NO Refunds. 
Memorial Day - May 28 - 30
4th of July - July 2 - 5
Labor Day - Sept. 3 - 5
Columbus Day - Oct. 8 - 11
